Hey Amy,

I have been so busy lately that I’m starting to slip on classes and my reading. Trying to stay on track so I can complete the program and make sure I get the most out of it.

Feeling a little overwhelmed (in general in my life)! Any guidance you can offer would be amazing!

I suggest assessing your goals and priorities and narrowing your focus to 2-3 things that
are most important to you – and put the rest on the back burner. Sounds to me like your
overextended. By getting clear on what you really want – and also allowing for life, just
living – you can take the pressure off, and slow down some so you don’t miss life now.

Many of us get caught in piling much on our plates, its really a huge part of our western
conditioning. We often forget to allow time for our relationships, and just simply being.

So, in a nut shell, is life asking you to let go, and be sure you’re taking good care of yourself –
then those you love, then tend to your goals for career/passions? Without space and time for
the basics of self care and loving, often our bigger ambitions start to run the show and we can
even forget why we’re doing what we’re doing.
Take it from an over achiever who just about blew her adrenal glands out with a “health” business –
letting go and allowing more time to feel, chill, and love – more seems to get done because we’re
doing from a full place, rather than from pressure because we may be running programs that aren’t
congruent with our true values.
